If Sex and The City was the single girl's guide to life…The Mom Show is the hip place to be for the latest "in" craze…being a mom. For those that are new moms, wannabe moms or moms with years of experience that want a place to talk "real" about their lives, relationships, themselves and their kids…join in daily and catch The Mom Show on Life Network starting in October 2005.
Life Network debuts The Mom Show on October 3, 2005. This series will dish up a fresh, frank and funny take on the world of motherhood 5 days a week. Think of this show as a "Mom's GROUP with attitude", with you the viewers helping guide the content with your letters, call-in questions, emails, audience participation, home videos and uncensored opinions. It's definitely not your average parenting show. No topic is sacred here.
Our hosts, Catherine Marion, mother of 4 and Laurie Gelman, mother of 2 will be joined by an audience of real moms and their kids and will be ready for a no holds barred approach to everything about being a mom, being a woman, what's hot in fashion, the latest trends, sex or lack of it, marriage, children and men. Our Hosts will be joined by our "dream team of experts" who will provide a daily dose of advice about taboo topics you thought would never be discussed on daytime TV. Robina Uddin, our British Nanny, will be on board daily to help you with your parenting conundrums. As well, our Medical Expert, David Greenberg, GP will be on hand to help you with your medical queries. He's no ordinary doc…he'll also unwrap the mysteries of "what men really think"! Karyn Gordon, our resident therapist, will be there to answer your most personal and intimate questions.
